These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between TripleMED (hereafter “TripleMED”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and the customer (hereafter “you” or “the customer”) when using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all sales and services provided by TripleMED, whether online or in-store.

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA, 2008), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA, 2002), or the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, 2013).
2. Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur.

TripleMED reserves the right to correct mistakes, cancel incorrect orders, and issue refunds where necessary.

Medical products must always be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and, where applicable, under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery fees will be added at checkout and shown before payment confirmation.

We may update pricing at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.
4. Availability & Delivery
South African Deliveries

Orders are subject to availability.

We aim to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for courier delays, strikes, load-shedding, or other events beyond our control.
International Deliveries

Available on request, with charges quoted separately.

Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and local taxes.

Delivery times vary by destination; tracking is provided where possible.

Risk of loss or damage passes once delivery is completed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms:
✔ Cooling-off period (online sales): 7 business days if goods are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
✔ Defective goods: Return within 6 months for a refund, replacement, or repair.
✔ Hygiene & medical exclusions: Certain products (e.g., stockings, aids, supports, belts, medical devices) are non-returnable once opened/used, unless defective.
✔ Refunds processed within 15 business days (may take 10–14 working days to reflect).
6. Customer Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete details when ordering.

TripleMED is not responsible for losses due to incorrect delivery details supplied by you.

Products must only be used as intended and in line with provided instructions.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
TripleMED complies with the POPIA (2013):

8. Limitation of Liability
