1. Where is TripleMED based?
TripleMED is proudly based in South Africa. We serve customers locally and internationally through our online medical store.
2. Do you sell directly to patients or only to healthcare providers?

3. Are your products approved and safe to use?
Yes. All TripleMED products comply with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) requirements as well as relevant international safety and quality standards.
4. How long does delivery take?

South Africa: 2–7 working days (depending on stock and location).

International: 7–21 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier timelines.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, TripleMED delivers to selected international destinations. Because shipping costs vary, please contact us directly for a delivery quotation before completing your order.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and are returnable under South African law.

8. What if my product is defective or faulty?
If a product is defective, you may return it within 6 months of purchase for a refund, repair, or replacement, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We may request photographs or a written explanation to assist with processing the return.
